It was also because everyone found out his real name.  Disney doesn’t like when that happens.  If someone were to go up to one of the actors and call them by their real name in front of little kids, it could end up ruining the magic for them. And his name ended up everywhere.  That is why he had to leave.

AND HE IS FINE.  HE STILL LOVES DISNEYLAND.

HE LOVED WORKING AT DISNEYLAND AND HE STILL VISITS THERE OFTEN.

The moral of the story here is don’t look up the names of character actors for Disney theme parks. It can get them fired.

WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SAY THAT

I actually read a really great essay arguing that he was was dead and he was in denial which is why his ghost powers didn’t always work. I also read another analysis that argued that it was the rest of his family that died in the accident and he was only saved because he was in the ghost portal. Danny is in denial and his friends let him be in denial
